How do I place an Order?

To place an order, you first have to be a member.

Which suburbs are covered by our vehicle delivery?

We deliver to all Sydney Metro areas (within the radius of 45km from our Lane Cove West warehouse)

If you are located outside the radius of our vehicle delivery service, please feel free to contact us at to make alternative arrangements.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

The different methods of delivery depend both the location and the items in your order. Your order can be delivered to you in a variety of methods, refrigerated vehicle, couriers or you can pick-up the order from our network locations.

Do You Ship Interstate or Internationally?

How do I return an item?

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

We have a no return policy because of the nature of our products. As we do not accept return or change of mind, please choose carefully before confirming your purchase.

No Refunds or Exchanges will be provided for items on Sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging or it is not fit for purpose. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


A refund will be only issued, should any of the items in your order become unavailable, defective/damaged, items not fit for intended purpose or approved returns. We will gladly process either an agreed partial cost or a full refund on item to original method of payment or credit card.
