Orders will be promptly and professionally packed for all our customers. We will process and pack orders for delivery/pick up within 42 hours or less. Delivery for orders that have both non-refrigerated and refrigerated items will be classified as refrigerated items.
Delivery details are as follow:
Sydney Metro (within the radius of 45km from our Lane Cove West warehouse)
For orders under $100
Non-refrigerated items: $9.52
Refrigerated items: $19.50
For orders between $100 to $149
Non-refrigerated items: Free
Refrigerated items: $ 9.50
For orders $150+
Non-refrigerated items: Free
Refrigerated items: Free
There is a 25kg limit for free shipping. Orders above 25kg are considered bulk and additional charges may apply.
Free shipping is a complimentary service for within Sydney metro areas only. Shipping outside of Sydney metro area may incur additional charges. Please contact us to finalise shipping charges before finalising your order.
Free shipping/delivery conditions of $100.00 or $150.00 for orders do not apply to interstate orders. Please contact our team before finalising your order to have shipping charges quoted to you if you live outside of NSW and wish to place an order.
If you are located outside Sydney Metro, our system will provide a live quote of delivery charges for non-refrigerated items only and you will need to agree to before the confirmation of order.

When can you expect your order to arrive after placing an order?
Non- Refrigerated Delivery
Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery in areas within the Sydney Metro. Areas outside of Sydney Metro may take extra time for delivery.
Your order will be delivered in a refrigerated vehicle during the journey from our warehouse to your home. For orders requiring refrigeration, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery in areas within the Sydney Metro. Areas outside of Sydney Metro may take extra time for delivery.
Are you planning a party, an event or something special? We have a pre-order service. Make sure you select this option when you are planning your purchase.
We take the utmost care in preparing and delivering your orders.
If something isn't right, our friendly customer care team will aim to go the extra distance to make things right. Please direct all queries to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to quickly resolve any issues. We strive to provide a high level of service to meet your expectations and experience.
If your order is incorrect, please attach a photo with your inquiry. Our customer care team will then assess the claim and get back to you.
Due to the perishable nature of certain food products, please ensure that you get in touch with us within two days of receiving the order so that we can effectively deal with your query.
Due to the relatively short life span of some of our fresh products, we do not accept returns or change of mind. All orders are final, and unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations.
In the unfortunate event that you are not at home during the allocated time of delivery, we will try to contact you via SMS for authority to leave. However, if we can’t contact you, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery charges as well as the cost of perishables may apply. Please note that chilled or frozen items may spoil if left unattended for long periods of times, and Mottomart does not bear any responsibility for this. Mottomart does not bear any responsibility in the unfortunate event that goods are stolen or lost when you provide authority to leave.
Please note that any orders containing alcohol, and/or any other restricted items (e.g. knives), require you to be home. We may require proof that you are over 18 years of age in order to legally accept the order.
