This Wagyu is from Kagoshima prefecture and air-flown directly from Japan. The grading of A5 represents the highest level of Japanese Wagyu grading.
The cube roll, rib-eye roll or commonly know Scotch Fillet, is prepared from the forequarter; running along the back of the animal from the 4th to the 13th rib between the chuck and the striploin.
The cube roll is one of the most highly prized cuts on the steer – renowned for its blend of bold, beefy flavour and excellent tenderness. Meat from the cube roll needs no sauce to be delicious. You can simply prepare your Wagyu seasoned with just salt & pepper.
Each pack contains 2 Pieces of A5 Wagyu Steak weighing approximately between 570g to 590g per pack.
