This Wagyu is from Kumamoto prefecture and air-flown directly from Japan. The grading of A5 represents the highest level of Japanese Wagyu grading.

The rib cap is located on the outer-rim of the prime rib roast, and many consider it as the best corner of a traditional ribeye steak on the plate. This is a rare offering since the rib cap is not a common cut of meat. This cut is unmatched in balance of tenderness, flavour, and ease of cooking.

This item is packaged as bulk and will be delivered to you chilled and unprocessed in vacuum packaging. Best before date is 10 October 2021 if kept in refrigerated condition of 2c and below.
