OPTION 1: (recommended) Fully defrost product in the fridge, then deep fry for 90 seconds in 180°C vegetable oil
OPTION 2: Microwave from the frozen state for 2 minutes, then reheat in the oven or air fryer for 5 minutes at 220°C
OPTION 3: Microwave from frozen state for 2.5 to 3 minutes (please note: product will not be crispy if reheated using this method)

Mix 100ml water, 30g sugar, 30g soy sauce, 30g vinegar, 15g sake (Japanese cooking wine) and 30g sliced onion (optional) in a small bowl
Microwave the mixture for 3 minutes
Meanwhile, mix 15g of any starch (potato/tapioca/corn) with 15g of water
Stir starchy water into the heated mixture thoroughly to make a thick sauce
