Full Blood Wagyu - 2GR
2GR Wagyu is free of artificial additives, growth hormones, steroids and antibiotics. Consistent breeding, only within the Wagyu family, ensures the purity of the beef, and its production is limited to maintain high standards. But the pedigree of a herd is only the starting point when raising the best Wagyu possible; surroundings, feed, animal husbandry are all vital components of a successful program.

Kagoshima Black cattle are blessed with the sun and natural surroundings
of a warm tropical island. There are four different breeds of Wagyu
cattle: Japanese Black, Japanese Brown, Japanese Shorthorn, and Japanese
Polled; Japanese Black cattle comprise about 90% of the Wagyu cattle
breeds. Japanese Black cattle from Kagoshima Prefecture are the most
numerous in Japan, and are marketed under the brand name "Kagoshima
AA9+ Pure Wagyu Beef
Master Kobe is AAco’s flagship brand and is produced from full blood and purebred Wagyu cattle only. In order to achieve Master Kobe ‘status’, cattle spend a minimum of 500 days on a specialised grain ration and must achieve a minimum marble score of AA9. All product (except trim) that is from full blood or purebred cattle and achieves a minimum marble score of AA9 are packed to Master Kobe lids and bags.
