Due to the use of third-party delivery teams, we cannot accurately estimate delivery times, and we are committed to working with them to give us or our guests an estimated delivery time.

If something isn't right, our friendly customer care team will aim to go the extra distance to make things right. If your order is incorrect, please attach a photo with your inquiry. Our customer care team will assess the claim and get back to you.
Due to the perishable nature of certain food products, please ensure that you get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the order so that we can effectively deal with your query.
Due to the relatively short life span of some of our fresh products, we do not accept returns or changes of mind. All orders are final, and unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations.
In the unfortunate event that you are not at home during the allocated time of delivery, we will try to contact you. However, if we can’t contact you, your order will be leave in the safty area or returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery charges as well as the cost of perishables may apply. Please note that chilled or frozen items may spoil if left unattended for long periods of time, and Mottomart does not bear any responsibility for this. Mottomart does not bear any responsibility in the unfortunate event that goods are stolen or lost when you provide authority to leave.
