Add bonito flakes, turn off the heat and allow the broth to stand for 3 to 4 minutes. (Strain if the flakes are coarse). Return the broth to a boil, then add diced tofu, wakame and miso creamed in a little fo the hot broth. Bring the broth to the boil and remove it from the heat.
