This dark pure sesame oil uses 100% sesame seeds which roasted more than for normal sesame oil. It uses a traditional milling method to squeeze the sesame oil. That is why it has more fragrance and taste of sesame seeds. Please use this for your salads , dipping sauces or stir fries.
